Our client is a multinational total quality assurance provider and delivering quality Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification services. They are currently seeking for a Laboratory Supervisor (Carbon/Sulphur ) to join their energetic team in Adelaide Laboratory.

**About the role**
- Perform technical duties oversee the CS area, including instrument maintenance and repairs and operation, QA/QC responsibilities, ensure accurate analysis of samples on a daily basis and in Hands-on supervision role.
- Supervise the team to ensure the achievement of shift productivity targets.
- Ideal for an experienced CS Technician seeking career advancement or an established supervisor.
- Opportunity to transition into a supervisory role within a laboratory setting.

**Job duties**
- Operate instruments following documented procedures and training.
- Perform calibration and troubleshooting of SC instruments.
- Manage and control all technical documents.
- Assist in training other laboratory personnel on analytical methods and instrumentation.
- Conduct quality control of data and offer technical advice when needed.
- Analyze samples of a non-routine or developmental nature.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, encompassing workplace health and safety, HR, IT, quality, and production.
- Supervise and manage the roster for all CS shifts

**Skills and Experience**
- Possesses sound and relevant technical knowledge.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of quality processes.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Displays effective organization and time management abilities.
- Brings prior industry experience to the role
