**MACHINE OPERATORS REQUIRED**

APG is looking experienced and reliable Machine Operators/ process workers for their highly automated, technologically advanced food manufacturing plant, based in Laverton, VIC. This facility is a further processing plant, also known as a cooked plant.

**Afternoon shift: Must be available starting between 2pm or 3pm**

**Working hours 38 hours**

**Pay Rate: $34.27**

**The Role**:

- Observing and monitoring high speed processing lines, operating the machinery in the fresh produce section
- Verify machine settings by conducting quality checks on production
- Maintaining close communication with process workers and management team
- Undertake product changeover
- Produce quality products ensuring mínimal production downtime and wastage
- Ideally have experience in a similar role and/or are mechanically minded
- Happy to assist on the production line when needed
- Be able to meet challenging deadlines
- Have strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transport
- Good attention to detail
- Pro-active and resilient

**To be considered for the role**:

- Must be available Mon-Fri minimum 38 hours
- PM shift available
- Must have full working rights

The successful applicant will be provided with full training and support. There is opportunities for the right applicant to grow within the company. This is a physically demanding but very rewarding job within an experienced team.
