- About the Role- Lead operational and electrical standards across AGL's wind farms in South Australia and Victoria-

In your new role as HV Operating Authority across Victoria and South Australia, you will be accountable for developing and maintaining Operations standards and procedures, leading verification and assurance activities and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing
- Reporting to the Head of Wind, you will play a critical role in setting the standard for electrical operations for the wind portfolio. In addition, you will:
- Manage relevant Transmission and Distribution Network Service Providers and Safe Systems of Work.-
- Oversee Operations Training and competency requirements to support best practice operations throughout the region.-
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enable knowledge sharing, benchmarking and continuously improve processes, systems, technology and performance relating to electrical safety.-
- Proactively coach and influence leaders and employees, contractors, stakeholders on HSE issues, initiatives to promote AGL's Values and HSE strategic priorities.About You

What you'll bring to the table- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Safety or related discipline or equivalent coupled with relevant heavy industrial or significant operations experience coupled with a minimum 5 years' experience in Operations and Electrical Safety Management.-
- Demonstrated capability for visionary long-term thinking and experience in working with power generation issues.-
- Proven ability to influence cultural change and drive for continuous improvement in an industrial relations environment.-
- High levels of initiative, including strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity.-
