About The Role
The Property and Grounds Manager leads the upkeep, safety, and operations of two campuses.
Managing a small team and contractors, the Property and Grounds Manager oversees building, grounds, and utilities maintenance, ensures WHS compliance, and supports capital works.
This hands-on role balances leadership and operational matters to keep facilities safe, functional, and welcoming.

Qualifications
Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registrations
Relevant Diploma or Cert IV with relevant work experience
Current driver's licence and either a light rigid licence or willingness to acquire one
White card and working at heights, asbestos, and scissor lift operator certification are desirable
First Aid Certificate
