**The Role**

We are currently looking for dedicated **Educators** for immediate start

These are **Permanent, full time **and **part time** opportunities.

**Must be available 3 to 5 days per week (Mon
- Fri)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of developmentally appropriate programs for individual children or groups
- Record observations of individual children or groups for program planning purposes for qualified staff.
- Set up, facilitate, and clean down after our play-based activities
- Create a friendly, stimulating and interactive learning environment.
- Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.

**Skills, Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Hold a Cert III ECEC or Diploma ECEC
- Hold or be willing to obtain Blue Card
- Hold or be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Early Childhood Education sector
- Previous experience in understanding the needs of children with additional needs
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Knowledge, experience and a passion for working with children
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of motivation and initiative
- Flexibility in relation to working hours
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in the workplace
- Experience with Childcare and Xplor and Playground would be highly regarded
