We are looking for a standout employee to assisting with the day-to-day IT operations of our financial services and marketing companies based in Southport CBD. We are seeking someone who loves the IT industry and is passionate about their role Specifically, we are
**seeking a Level 1 IT Support Technician**
**with at least 1 year experience** to assist us with the ongoing support, maintenance, and customer relations for our employees. You will act as part of our key support team, our frontline support desk guru, often being required to work with various technologies and solutions. As part of the key support desk team, you will also be actively involved in client projects.

Ideally you:

- Have at **least one year** of helpdesk experience in an IT Support role
- Have a professional and bright customer service orientated personality
- Have a team focussed work ethic, we are all in it together
- Take great pride in your presentation and quality of service
- Possess the ability to qualify the urgency of employee requests
- Take ownership of your commitments/tasks and see them to completion
- Uphold a strong sense of security awareness and confidentiality
- Understand the importance of documentation and standard operating procedures
- Keen drive for natural progression through certification and on the job experience
- Enjoy a fast paced environment and being able to multi-task
- Add value to the organisations by contributing your knowledge and skills to drive business growth and innovation

**Role Description**
- Have completed or near to, a Qualification in IT
- Have demonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
- Exposure to Microsoft Office 365 cloud
