**About you**
You may have an extensive background in HR, Talent Acquisition or, you may not.
You may have been in a management role that services people and finds recruitment solutions where and when required, but don't have the title.
You may have experienced corporate recruitment and felt the need to contribute on another level.
The most important bit for us is that you have drive and are inspired by great people, who help find great people, and who are focused on doing great things for people who desperately need great things done for them.
**What we do as Talent Partners**
- Firstly we connect and build relationships with our region's of hiring managers and work collaboratively with them on all things Talent.
- We build and maintain engaged talent pools.
- We facilitate group assessments and interviews.
- We get out and about to spread the Berry Street word.
- And most of all we get creative together and come up with crazy out of the box ideas to improve our branding to attract the best in the industry.
