This is a key role and is responsible for ensuring that efficient and effective education services are supported by the provision of high-quality e-learning resources and a comprehensive and accessible web site.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and manage Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Orientation, facilitate the coordination of all orientation sessions, book speakers and attendees, track all mandatory and professional requisite training and communicate with Director and Executive Support Officers (DSOs and ESO's) and Resident Medical Officer (RMOs) for attendance and compliance of training throughout the year. Coordinate closely with Medical Administration and Rostering to ensure attendance of new medical officers while coordinating with clinical departments to ensure patient safety.
- Work with Medical Education Officers to coordinate requirements for International Medical Graduates (IMG) including training, initial interviews and maintenance of training records.
