**About the Role**
Join BOQ Group in a 12-month contract as Broker Commissions Officer As the Group continues with their exciting transformation, this role will form an additional headcount to support our financial operations.
This role is accountable for managing the payment of Broker Commissions and actioning communications from Broker, Business Development Managers and Aggregators within agreed service level agreements. Furthermore, the role is accountable for all changes to commission schedules within the commission system.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage Broker Commissions and ensure payments are made in line with contracted timelines
- Assist in managing the vendor relationship with commission system database supplier
- Maintain the broker commissions mailbox to ensure that communications and requests from Broker BDM's, Aggregators and Brokers are actioned in a timely manner, making their experience a favourable one
- Matching and reconciliation of data to ensure commissions payments are correct
- Manage commission schedule changes in commission system as they arise
- Ensure all commission payments are reflected correctly in the general ledger
- Provide commission reporting to Aggregators and relevant BOQ stakeholders
