Your responsibilities will include:Accounts Payable & ReceivableInput and process supplier invoices across multiple entitiesEnsure timely approvals and compliance with internal controlsSet up and schedule payments in line with cash flow requirementsJournal Entries & General LedgerPrepare and post accurate journal entriesMaintain and reconcile general ledger accountsAssist with month-end and year-end closing processesReconciliationsPerform bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies promptlyReporting & ComplianceSupport the preparation of financial reports and documentation for auditsEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirementsProject SupportAssist with ad hoc financial projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and integration of new entitiesCollaborate with internal teams and external advisors on financial mattersCross-Entity CoordinationWork across multiple business units, including charitable foundations and investment entitiesMaintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial dataExperience, Skills & QualificationsCompletion of VCE or equivalentMinimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced skills preferred)Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar accounting softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamFlexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and time management skills
