- We are a leading Australian property group that own, operate and develop a fast-growing portfolio of Lifestyle communities (land lease communities) and holiday parks across key urban and coastal markets. We employ over 1300 people across 120 parks and communities, with offices in the 3 eastern seaboard states.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support hiring managers by coordinating recruitment requests and posting job ads through our recruitment system
- Take ownership of onboarding, prepare employment contracts, follow up on paperwork, and help new hires settle in smoothly
- Be the go-to person for all things onboarding, compliance checks, and employee background requirements
- Help celebrate our people by managing service awards, spot rewards, and recognition moments
- Learn the ropes of junior recruitment through hands-on experience, ongoing support from your wider HR team, and the chance to grow with the role

**About You**
- A HR (or similar) degree is preferred. Some exposure to Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is advantageous, but is definitely not essential
- Confident communicator with strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office experience
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle priorities with ease
- Positive, proactive team player who is eager to learn and grow
