Our Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our Queensland team working on the Everleigh, Greenbank project, located within Logan's fast growing south-west corridor.

Everleigh by Mirvac brings together affordable quality homes, green open spaces and easy access to local amenities, including a state primary school and a neighbourhood centre planned as part of the Everleigh Greenbank community.

Please note this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Full Time Contract

**Your responsibilities will include and are not limited to**:
Assisting Sales Consultants in daily administrative tasks
Data entry (Previous experience with CRM Sales Force is advantageous)
Ensuring high level of presentation and adequate stocks for display suites and sales offices
Preparing reports and documents for sales consultants as required
Assisting with the coordination of sales & marketing related functions
Assisting with weekly reporting, updating sales boards
Weekly on-site inspections/monitoring to assist sales team
Diary and appointment management
Other administration tasks

Your point of difference

You will pride yourself as being a highly organised administrator with strong customer service focus.

Your good understanding of the Microsoft Suite and database management coupled with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes is important to your success in the role.

In this role you will regularly interface with key stakeholders and customers, therefore you will possess strong communication skills and the ability to achieve results through self-management.
