Our goal is to ensure that our customers feel cared for and experience the highest level of professionalism. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our growing customer service efforts.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with a high level of courtesy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area to create a positive first impression.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, ensuring swift resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in coordinating office events and meetings, ensuring smooth operations.
- Offer refreshments and ensure the waiting area is comfortable for customers.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs and any delays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
