**The Role**

We are seeking a talented HR Administrator to support the human resources department for a
**temporary 1-3 month contract **(potential for extension.)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to: data entry, filing, and scheduling interviews
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain HR records and ensure that employee files are up-to-date and accurate
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientations
- Respond to employee inquiries and escalate to HR staff as needed
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as assigned

**About You**

**Must be available for immediate start**

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Background working in healthcare an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
