About the roleAbout the roleAs the Motor Mechanic, you will report to the Branch Manager and will be responsible forproviding customers with an exceptional level of service through maintenance/repair of a range of diesel and petrol powered equipment to exacting standards.This role requires you to:Service, repair and maintain vehicles and equipment to high safety and performance standardsDiagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faultsPerform scheduled maintenance and on-site repairs as neededEnsure all work meets Kennards' "Ready for Hire" standardsReport hazards and follow all safety proceduresWork collaboratively with the team and uphold company valuesA salary package range of $70,000 to $80,000.
We also pay weekend allowances and overtime in line with our Enterprise Agreement.About youTrade qualified as a motor mechanicAt least 3 years' experience in the fieldA proven ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions including the ability to both work as part of a team and to work autonomously to complete tasks within required timeframesTime management skills including the ability to plan ahead and reschedule in accordance with changes in prioritiesA driver's LicenseJoin our teamYou can always tell someone who works at Kennards Hire.
