We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our governance initiatives and contributing to the smooth functioning of our organisation. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for governance and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

- Assist with general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and events related to governance activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.

Communication:

- Assist in drafting and formatting official communications, including letters, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

Recordkeeping and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and organised records related to governance projects, reports, and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations using MS Office.

Compliance and Research:

- Support compliance efforts by tracking relevant regulatory changes and ensuring the organisation's adherence to governance standards.
- Conduct research on governance best practices, trends, and emerging issues as directed.

Team Collaboration and Social Committee:

- Support our Workplace team with delivery of Events, Operations and Concierge Services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and effective team communication.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required, showing a willingness to learn and contribute.
- Drive our Social Committee and various engagements with our Clients.
- Supporting Handprints (our social impact initiatives).
