We're looking for someone who is passionate and thrives on patient careDental Experience is requiredDriver's licence and reliable vehicle requiredThe Heart of the Role:Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patientsPrepare patients & facilities for dental treatmentDeliver quality chairside assistance to our DentistsProvide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutionsMaintain and implement infection control standards and proceduresPatient care from entry to the surgery and recall managementWhat you'll bring:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work across our practices in the Sunshine CoastDrivers Licence, Car and willingness to travelDental Assisting experience required - minimum 6 monthsPassionate about customer service and patient careOrganised with attention to detailA proven track record of punctuality and reliabilityAbility to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner'Can do' attitudeBenefits of joining Bupa Dental:Competitive salary + Bupa benefits including significant product and service discountsComprehensive training and ongoing development - we say it because we actually do it
