Our client is a Brisbane based funds management and administration organisation, offering market leading services and financial products to its clients. This high-performance business has a very strong reputation and are led by an experienced team with extensive funds & financial services backgrounds, with a long standing history in the Brisbane market.

The Operational Risk Manager is a permanent position in the fund services business, reporting into the Director of Fund Services. The Operational Risk Manager is responsible for ensuring current and emerging risks are identified and managed through ongoing management and embedding of risk frameworks/procedures, and internal control mechanisms.

Predominantly, the role will manage key regulatory and statutory requirements, client service management, and identifying process improvements and efficiencies to enable continued growth and success of the business. This includes incidents investigations, controls self-assessment, procedures management, change management, and reporting through to key stakeholders (including senior management, key clients, custodians and trustees, service providers, and internal teams).
