Job Title: Operational Risk Manager. Develop your leadership skills and strategic thinking to guide the management of Operational Risk Profiles, developing and testing risk controls.

Join our company as a key member of the Business Outcomes team to drive operational efficiency, uplift overall risk maturity and manage risks through structured strategies and quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a dedicated team responsible for Operational Risk & Quality Management
• Develop and test risk controls – particularly through automation
• Embed quality assurance frameworks across the organisation
• Support business transformation and drive operational efficiency

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in operational risk management and quality assurance, preferably within an insurance environment
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and quality standards such as ISO 9001
• Demonstrated experience with automation tools to streamline risk control design and testing processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions and senior leadership
