About the role
We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative on a casual basis at our busy Eagle Farm branch. You will attend to customers' vehicle hire requirements, ensuring they receive quality service and a memorable experience worth sharing or recommending. The role operates during our branch hours from Monday to Sunday, 6am to 9pm.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing outstanding customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs
Opening and closing rental agreements
Selling additional rental products at the counter
Checking for and recording vehicle damage and conducting maintenance checks
Cleaning and presenting passenger and commercial vehicles
Moving vehicles within the location and offsite for refuelling, maintenance, repairs, or other purposes
Reporting and managing workplace health and safety risks and incidents promptly

Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Strong customer service and sales abilities
Effective problem-solving and complaint handling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn, adapt, and accept constructive feedback
Consistent punctuality and good attendance record
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as needed
Own reliable transport to and from the branch
Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations
A current, relevant State driver's license
Experience is preferred but not essential
