Maintenance Supervisor
role at
Cleanaway Waste Management
, based at the Eastern Creek site. Join Cleanaway and take the lead in maintaining one of our largest organics processing facilities, operating on a 24/7 production schedule. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to manage a team of fitters and ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance operations at our Eastern Creek site.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of 7 fitters responsible for fixed plant maintenance
Develop and coordinate daily maintenance plans in collaboration with the Maintenance Planner
Oversee purchasing of consumables and inventory parts
Allocate resources and manage workloads to meet operational demands
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Liaise with stakeholders across operations, electrical, and engineering teams
Qualifications
Proven supervisory experience within a large industrial or processing facility
Relevant trade or technical qualification (e.g. Fitter, Boilermaker, or Engineering background)
Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment
Strong computer skills (experience using JDE and Coupa systems is a plus)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong safety focus and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
