**Job Description**:
We are seeking a strategically minded and customer focused Inventory/Planning Manager to join our shared Masterfoods/Toll site and oversee inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction across our brand new facility in Yennora NSW. This role will have a critical role in maintaining customer relationships, and seek to provide solutions for projects, storage, and other value added services.

As the Inventory/Planning Manager, you will:

- Maintain inventory management, provide daily and weekly stock on hand reports
- Respond in a timely manner to all customer enquiries
- Support the State Manager on tasks, including, DIFOT, investigating and processing customer damage claims and escalation of issues
- Create a customer centric approach to managing and resolving customer issues, problems and complaints, liaising with internal key stake holders on achieving the resolution
- Ensure all work is compliant with all laws, regulations, and policies
- Support business leadership and management with best practice continuous improvement project implementation.

**Qualifications**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Inventory management experience within a warehouse management system essential
- Extensive knowledge of ERP Systems and Warehouse Management Systems, with experience in JDA and SAP highly regarded
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Advanced computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A safety focused mindset
