ITEC Health delivers a wide range of NDIS services including Specialist Support Coordination, Supported Independent Living, In-home and Community Supports as well as Plan Management
**Description**:
This is a financial position within the Plan Management team working with NDIS participants, nominees, providers and ITEC Finance. This role is primarily focused on reconciliation, so a solid understanding of accounting principles is paramount. We are also seeking someone with a sensational understanding of Excel (all the bells and whistles).
Primarily you will be responsible for paying providers for supports delivered. In addition, working with your team mates to deliver capacity building supports to our clients.
We are a small team, but a part of a larger organisation. We pride ourselves on being a local NDIS provider who doesn't just process invoices, but support clients to achieve their NDIS goals.
**Must have skills & experience**:
- Knowledge of the NDIS
- Experience in NDIS Plan Management
- High attention to detail
- A expert level of experience using Excel
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles
- Outstanding time management
- Customer service.
- Be able to work in an office environment
Accountability
- Accept responsibility & accountability for the operational tasks always associated with this role

- Maintain confidentiality and adherence to all organisational policies and procedures.

- To be aware of all policies and procedures relevant to WHS and always comply

- Ability to resolve routine problems and suggest change.
Experience and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Accountancy or Bookkeeping
- Demonstrated experience in working in a community services field
- Demonstrated experience in working with families
Special Conditions
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Rights to work in Australia
- A six-month probation period applies
- Assist with admin duties at times of staff shortage as directed by Manager
