About this opportunity
As a Specialist Consultant (Pensions), you will be responsible for providing end to end delivery of administration services including end to end resolution of issues and requests for Aware Super Enjoy members. This includes administration of specialist products which include the Defined Benefits, Guaranteed Income, and Investment (non-super) products.

The role will also provide technical support to the team primarily in relation to specialist but include general accumulation and retirement products and support the Team Coach as a point of escalation for complex queries for the team, Service Centre, and regional network.

How do you exceed our expectations?

To be successful in this role, you will deliver end to end administration for specialist and general products including member onboarding, transaction processing, account servicing, exception handling, and query management/resolution. You will also perform pension and payments processing tasks such as pension payroll, annual pension review, payment batch authorisations, and reconciliations.

**Additionally, you will**:
Have strong experience working in the financial services sector in a high service orientation capacity;
Have a deep understanding and knowledge of the superannuation and retirement rules and regulations that underpin the products and services supported in super and retirement and specialist administration ; and
Have good working knowledge of specialist products - defined benefit, term allocation pensions, guaranteed income, non-superannuation (investment funds).
