About the Role
You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, playing a pivotal role in the leadership team. Your expertise will be key in elevating our bar offerings, imparting your knowledge to the team, and inspiring continuous creativity in our ever-evolving cocktail menu.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent cocktail & coffee experience
Previous experience within a fast paced, professional hospitality environment
Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
Proven experience working & leading within a successful team environment
Experience with stock take, ordering and strict stock control
Valid RSA competency card
Capacity to think outside the box to ensure continuous improvement
Ability to lead by example, be hands on and can instil a sense of fun in the workplace, no egos
Above all, someone who is motivated to take full ownership of the role and progress with the company
