What we are looking for No experience, no problems.
We provide all the training necessary for you to kick start your new role with Domino's Palm Beach.
A few non negotiables: You must be a team player and have an appetite for learning.
You must have a strong attention to detail You must be willing to put in the effort to succeed You must have great time-management skills What you'll be doing Our Junior Dishwasher crew are not only trained to support our staff to complete daily dishes, but are also trained to help support instore operations by learning to take service
Daily Dishes: As the primary role, you will be responsible for ensuring all dishes are completed for the evening.
Applying your keen attention to detail, you will ensure that all dishes are completely free of food as well as stickers & any other residues to ensure and maintain safe food practices.
Exceptional Customer Service: At Domino's Palm Beach, our customer's come first
This means every interaction with the customer is polite, friendly, and served with a smile.
Taking Customers Orders: Both over the phone and in-store, you will be the first and only point of contact for most of our customers
All training on how to use our POS system is provided.
All you need to bring is your smile & determination.
Cash Handling: For orders requiring cash payment, a basic level of mathematics is required to be able to provide accurate change for orders.
Training on how to take Eftpos transactions is provided Store Cleanliness: When dishes are completed, you will be assisting the team on tackling everyday cleaning tasks with precision, ensuring our store is consistently tidy and ready for action.
***Hours for this shift are 7pm-10pm Monday – Sunday*** At Domino's Palm Beach, we strongly believe that to be the best, our staff need to be the best
Whilst your journey may start out on the front counter providing exceptional customer service, it certainly doesn't end there
For those individuals who put in the effort and show us their HUSTLE, further training on other key store stations is provided and encouraged
