**Key Responsibilities**
- Experience essential - at least 6 months unsupervised not including placement hours
- Collection of blood and other samples from patients
- Experience in ECG's and Holter monitors
- Processing of Pathology Specimens
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clerical duties and basic IT skills
- High level communication skills with colleagues and patients
- Ability to provide dedication to patient care
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Comply with Work Health and Safety

**About the role**:
The role will be based in a very busy clinic in Ballarat. You must be confident in all aspects of blood and sample collection and able to work unsupervised.

**You must be**:

- Eligible to work within Australia
- Possess a current driver's license and WWC Check
- Obtained a Cert 3 in Pathology Collection
- A clear and patient communicator
- Experience in blood collection
- Have a positive attitude
- Have a passion for Pathology Collection
- Have a flexible approach to work and availability
