**People and Culture Officer (Part-Time)**
- _Permanent, Part-Time (24-30 Hours Per Week)_
- _Based in Riverstone NSW_

**About the Role**

You'll be the right hand to our People and Culture Manager, helping to sculpt our organisational culture and streamline our human resources functions. From managing our social media presence to supporting recruitment and onboarding, your role will be both varied and vital. We're seeking someone proactive, enthusiastic about fostering a great workplace, and ready to jump into action with a team-first attitude.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Collaborate with the P&C Manager on initiatives to enhance our workplace environment.
- Provide essential support with data entry, records management, and general administration tasks.
- Maintain our social media profiles and internal communications, ensuring our content is vibrant, engaging, and truly reflects our company culture.
- Assist in crafting and executing an exciting social calendar, from employee events and celebrations to other cultural initiatives.
- Support the recruitment process and onboarding of new hires, working closely with IT, Safety and new-hire team departments to ensure all on-boarding, training & equipment is set up for the new employee.
- Screen job applicants, set up meetings, and coordinate interviews to streamline our recruitment process.
- Reception support when required.

- Team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent professional communication and presentation skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Previous administration / office management & data entry experience.
- Experience within a HR or People and Culture team.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
