We're Hiring: Cosmetic Teeth Whitening Studio Manager – Melbourne White and Bright is opening its new Melbourne CBD cosmetic teeth whitening studio, and we're looking for a motivated Studio Manager to lead the way.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering 5-star client experiences, enjoys being hands-on with treatments, and takes pride in helping people feel more confident with a brighter smile.
You'll also have the opportunity to grow with a national brand and be rewarded with a generous OTE of $70K.What you'll doLead daily studio operations and deliver premium client carePerform professional whitening treatments (full training provided)Guide clients on treatment options and aftercare productsManage bookings, appointments, and follow-upsDrive studio performance and achieve KPIsWhat we're looking forStrong background in customer service or client care (retail, beauty, hospitality, or wellness)Confident communicator with excellent people skillsOrganised, reliable, and able to work independentlyPositive energy and passion for helping people feel their bestAvailability to work Tuesday to SaturdayWhy join us?
