About The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and creatively driven Studio Lifestyle Stylist to lead the day-to-day operations of our internal photo studio and deliver beautifully styled product and lifestyle content. In this hybrid role, you'll collaborate closely with the Art Director, Photographer, and broader creative team to plan shoots, source props, and style visually engaging scenes that reflect our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Studio & Shoot Management

• Oversee daily studio operations, including shoot scheduling, studio scene up, and equipment readiness
• Coordinate all shoot logistics, including scene set up, product prep, timelines, and team availability
• Work closely with the Art Director to align on creative direction and shoot concepts
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and marketers to deliver content that meets brief
  
  

Styling & Creative Execution

• Style products and lifestyle scenes to showcase homewares in an aspirational, brand-aligned way
• Source props, surfaces, and materials that elevate visual storytelling and fit within the brand aesthetic
• Assist in developing shoot briefs, mood boards, and shot lists in collaboration with the Art Director
• Prepare and style scenes ahead of shoots, ensuring composition, lighting, and prop placement are shoot-ready
• Maintain consistency in styling across product categories and campaigns
  
  

Studio & Asset Management

• Maintain and organise prop library, styling kits, and studio surfaces
• Manage sample tracking and product preparation to ensure everything is shoot-ready
• Keep the studio tidy, stocked, and always ready for content production
• Support the team with asset tracking, shoot documentation, and basic post-shoot wrap-up tasks
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a studio stylist or in a similar creative role within the advertising, arts or media industry
• Strong understanding of product styling, composition, and visual storytelling
• Excellent eye for detail, colour, and design
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities whilst working alongside photographers, creatives, and marketing teams
• Proficient in sourcing, organising, and maintaining a wide range of styling props and materials
• Experience within homewares, interiors, or consumer goods
• Good with Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
• Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styling work across different product categories
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for transporting equipment and props as needed
