- Availability must be Between Mon - Sun 15:00-20:00 (other hours also available).
- You must complete the NDIS Worker orientation module and COVID 19 infection control training prior to starting.

Merci Health is a NDIS service provider providing high quality nursing care since 2020. We aim to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities by assisting them to achieve their life choices, either in their own home or in the community.

**Merci Health is seeking disability support worker or assistant in nursing to provide home care services for a NDIS participant in Carlingford.**

**The Role**:
Provide general nursing services at the participants residence. Task may also include daily living tasks and light cleaning as is required depending on the role.

**About you**:

- Be reliable with an excellent work ethic.
- Show initiative and enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
- Have a nursing background.
- Have experience providing personal care to both female and male participants and a willingness and ability to work with a variety of NDIS Participants with different levels of abilities.

**Essential Criteria**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Able to provide personal care to both male and female participants such as showering, grooming, toileting and continence or willingness to learn.
- Work is usually daytime/afternoon and can be flexible depending on participant requirements.
- Must be vaccinated for Covid-19.

**Licence/Certification**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or police and WWCC)

**Job Type**: Casual

Rates: Weekday rate $32.50 per hour weekday, $52.00 Sat, $65.00 Sun.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Sunday
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Standard COVID 19 protocols (including vaccination requirements for healthcare workers) apply.
