**The Opportunity and the role**:
First Page is looking for an experienced and passionate talent to join the team as the Head of CRO who will be building the department and crafting your own career path with us You will be working with some big brands and a kick ass team. You will be joining a specialised performance media agency that currently employs some of the best marketing minds globally. The collaboration and knowledge sharing between our talented team members is exceptional.

**What you'll be doing**:
As our go-to Head of CRO you will work closely with our marketing & account servicing teams to implement innovative CRO strategies. Never a dull moment
- Research, diagnose, strategise and execute CRO initiatives.
- Responsible for running tests on key clients on a variety of testing platforms.
- Improve conversion rates and revenue for clients.
- Improve user experience metrics for clients.
- Educate the client on the process and the "why".
- Help build a strong and mature product offering.
- Help push the boundaries of what's possible within existing client strategies
