Responsibilities encompass community and social support, transportation assistance, domestic support, personal care, and medication administration. We value your dedication to treating all participants with respect and adhering to Healing Minds SA's core values.

**Requirements**:

- Access to a registered vehicle with insurance and a valid driver's license
- Ability to drive company vehicle (Auto)
- Prior experience in Disability or Aged Care (Advantage)
- Medication Charts documentation experience (Advantage)
- Compliance with policies, procedures, and Healing Minds SA Core Values
- Proficient English language skills (verbal and written)
- Handling client issues to ensure they are managed in a timely and professional manner

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience
- Cert III in Individual Support/Aged-Disability or equivalent (Completed or Enrolled)
- Assist with Medication Training (Advantage)

Hours: 15 - 30 per week - Depending on your work flexibility

**Salary**: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour - Depending on work experience and qualification
