**We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trades Assistant to join one of Australia's largest Food manufacturing companies in South Nowra.**

**The role is Monday-Friday assisting the maintenance department with mechanical breakdowns, factory maintenance and assisting where and when required.**

**Great opportunity for someone with hands on skills that likes variety and not afraid to get their hands dirty.**

Fulltime casual role, view to permanent.

**Skill required**:

- previous mechanical background and advantage.
- Forklift license preferred but not essential.
- attention to detail
- Must be reliable
- excellent punctuality and timekeeping
- Understanding of Safety and Quality procedures
- Ability to work well within a team environment

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nowra, NSW 2541: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
