Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.To thrive in this role, you will have:Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and Mercy Health policies/proceduresProvide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident careWork in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely informationPreferred availability during the evening, overnight and weekendsExcellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solveA compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and managementThe ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environmentYou will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:Certificate III or IV in Aged CareProof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health ordersReady to help us shape the future of healthcare?
