Currently seeking an experienced, superstar inventory & revenue controller to join our high-growth hotel group based in Robina.This full-time role will be primarily responsible for managing the room allocations / inventory for our properties (currently 19 resorts & growing) and adjusting rates across a range of distribution channels including OTAs, GDS and direct bookings.A typical day in this role may include:· Reviewing / shuffling booking room allocations to optimise revenue & availability· Adjusting rates & inventory across several platforms and properties· Monitoring and reporting on KPI's (e.g. RevPAR, ADR, occupancy) including generating and distributing reports to key stakeholders· Analysing market trends, competitors and forecasts to make strategic revenue recommendations and decisions· Developing and/or implementing revenue strategies to optimise occupancy, rates and market share· Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth / optimisation· Working closely with the Lead Revenue Manager and Marketing Team to plan, implement and measure marketing campaignsOur ideal superstar would have:· Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role· Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy· Strong verbal and written communication skills· A can-do attitude and friendly personality· Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills· Strong computer literacy (e.g. MS Excel)· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Experience using Levart, REI Master, Lighthouse or similar (preferred)This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hotel inventory rockstar.
