We are looking for a strong Unit Manager to work in one of our high profile education sites in Adelaide. This "hands on" role will require you to coordinate, lead and inspire the team to ensure we deliver and exceed our client's expectations. You will have a demonstrated understanding / competence in:

- Innovative food presentation and styling
- Planning healthy and innovative menus with the chef
- Leading, motivating and mentoring a team
- Time management and organisational skills
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Food handling and kitchen hygiene standards
- Adapting and delivering in a changing environment in a professional manner
- Purchasing, payroll and inventory controls
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Function planning, management and rostering
- Financial management skills, understanding costing/pricing and P&L statements

The successful applicant will be required to provide a current Working with Children Check.
