**Positions Available**
- Experienced Slaughtermen
- Labourers / Knife hands - No experience required. We will teach you on the job

**Few things about the job**:

- Packing meat products
- Adhere to Quality Control Checks
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Identify different cuts of sheep for packing
- Using knifes
- General Labouring
- Trim carcasses to specification
- Work with packaging machines
- Bandsaw work
- General Butchering duties
- Following of correct specifications for products
- Slaughtering to Bigfoot Meats and customer specifications, including but not limited to: Stunning, Halal Slaughtering, Shackling, Hocks, First Leg, Second Leg, Flanking, Bunging, Hide Puller, Heads

**Key Requirements**
To be considered for this position:
1. You must be physically fit and willing to undergo a pre - employment medical when required.

2. Strong health, safety and food hygiene focus and the ability to ensure company guidelines are adhered to.

3. Able to demonstrate strong work ethics.

4. Reliable and punctual with attendance.

5. Have own reliable transport.

6. Able to work in Muckenburra/Gingin.

7. Ability to speak, write and understand a basic level of English and to understand and follow instructions. All positions will be required to work within a team-based environment to achieve daily tasks and requirements.
