MRAEL are currently seeking a highly motivated and eager Business Administration Trainee to join the Intojobs team, based in our Gladstone Office.
This is a great opportunity to learn the role of a Customer Service officer whilst working towards a Certificate III in Business.

About the position :
The successful candidate will work alongside the customer service officers and provide administration and customer service support to the mobile employment consultants.
Provide reception and general administrative duties
Meet and greet customers / clients over the phone and face-to-face
Communicate effectively with other departments and teams in the business
Assisting in data entry and document management
Providing friendly and prompt customer service and support
Performing other related duties as required
Transportation of participants at times in company supplied vehicle.

Neat and professional presentation
Requirements :
Must be an Australian citizen / resident
Reliable and punctual
Responsible and mature minded
Genuine interest in an administration career path
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
A current Blue Card and clear National Police Check is required, which can be arranged for the successful applicant.

Full Time Traineeship (Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 5pm)
