Are you looking to gain valuable experience in a business environment while working towards a nationally recognised qualification? We offer a unique opportunity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals to develop their skills and knowledge in administration, recruitment, and project management.

As part of our Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (RTA) team, you will be based in Fortitude Valley and work closely with our dynamic team to drive recruitment for roles across the organisation. You will have hands-on experience in supporting initiatives that increase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representation across the workforce.

Our traineeship is designed to provide you with the skills and qualifications needed to succeed in a professional business setting. You will assist with general administration tasks, including drafting job advertisements, contacting candidates, and updating records. You will also have the opportunity to work on backend system tasks in Humanforce, make phone calls, conduct reference checks, and update records.

We are committed to creating culturally safe career pathways and increasing First Nations representation in the workforce. As part of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we aim to provide opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What we're looking for:
