We're growing fast and now seeking aClinical Partnerships Manager – Medicinal Cannabiswho thrives at the intersection of healthcare, compliance, and sales.This is not just another Business Development role.
At the heart of this role is relationship-building: introducing prescribers to Candor and supporting them to become long-term advocates.You'll be the face of Candor in the field - forging trusted partnerships, deepening clinical engagement, and ensuring clinicians choose Candor as their platform of choice.
This role offers $100,000 base + performance incentives (OTE up to $130,000).
Key AccountabilitiesIdentify, recruit, and onboard high-value prescribers; foster loyalty to ensure retention.Maintain regular contact with prospective prescribers and network partners to build relationships, uncover needs, and present tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of Candor's model.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of influential prescribers and key industry stakeholders.Successfully onboard and support new prescribers by providing training, support, and guidance to ensure seamless integration into Candor's systems, compliance requirements, and clinical pathways.Facilitate the credentialing process, ensuring compliance with: AHPRA registration, Professional indemnity insurance, Right to work, Criminal record checks, and Reference checks.Build trust by engaging regularly with clinicians, providing support and proactively identifying issues so the business can respond swiftly and effectively to increase retention rate.Stay informed on emerging industry trends and competitor activity to position Candor as a trusted and credible partner.Represent Candor in clinics and at industry events, building referral networks that generate measurable returns.Deliver on KPIs across prescriber recruitment and retention.Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting to support business growthRequirements / Key Selection CriteriaAt least 2–3+ years in the medicinal cannabis or pharmaceutical sector (MSL, clinical liaison, BD, or similar).
Strong knowledge of TGA pathways, state/territory regulations, and product categories.Demonstrated success in building and converting a prescriber pipeline.Ability to confidently translate complex clinical/compliance topics into clear value propositions.Digitally fluent, data-driven, and results-focused.Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout QLD and interstate to represent Candor at industry-related events and partnership meetings.Highly RegardedEstablished network of prescribers, clinics, or pharmacy partners within the medicinal cannabis or wider healthcare industry.Experience delivering clinician training or medical education.Background in allied health, pharmacy, nursing, or pharmaceutical sales.Strong background in pipeline development and lead chasing in healthcare or wider medical industry, with the ability to translate opportunities into long-term relationships.Other RequirementsAustralian working rights for at least 3 yearsClean criminal record – National Police Check requirementUnrestricted full driver's licenceApply now with your CV and cover letter
