We are on the lookout for an Event Manager eager to manage the delivery and execution of our activations and events, from our warehouse to the event location.

About the Role - The Day to Day:
-Operations: Maintain a symphony of logistics, ensuring our carts and teams hit the right note at every venue
-Runsheet Planning:Coordinate and execute event run sheets with precision and flair
-On Site Management:Ensure our events and carts are picture-perfect and our operations run seamlessly
-Client Relationships:Foster harmonious relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate
-Bump-in & Out Events: Be a part of the onsite team, handling the logistics of bumping in and bumping out?
-Driving: Deliver and set up at our events
-Warehouse: Station and prepare events in our warehouse
- Team Work:Collaborate with a close-knit team, where your passion for the catering industry will help orchestrate success
Work Schedule:
- Flexibility on work weekdays and weekends as events require ?
- Early starts through the week (in preparation for those early morning coffee carts)
- Ongoing training and professional development
Note: This role requires driving and some heavy lifting
