Job Description

The role of Care Manager is a critical position within our care home. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the care home.

Key responsibilities include managing and leading the delivery of person-centred care to residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation, and implementing clinical governance to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current AHPRA registration is essential;
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is essential;
  • Post-graduate qualification in aged care highly regarded;
  • Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds;
  • Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting;
  • Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities;
  • Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills;
  • An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
