The Company

Goraw Desserts is a Gold Coast family owned health food business and are looking for a new member to join our team. Operating since 2015 we have established ourselves in a niche segment of the health food market. Offering organic product lines we are passionate about providing healthy alternatives for indulgent treats.

This fun and quirky brand is growing The products are currently distributed in Woolworths Metro's, Health Food and Retail stores across Australia.

The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a new role. This position reports directly to the owner and full training will provided in the end to end production process. Once fully trained this position is structured to transition to be solely in charge of the product manufacturing.

In return the position offers extremely flexible working arrangements, Casual pay rates, very real growth opportunity and being part of an easy going, fun and growing team.

Day to Day duties will include:

- Following mix sheets to weigh, measure and process batches
- Checking the quality of products
- Conforming to all food safety and OH&S
- Performing and maintaining cleaning and hygiene requirements
- Packing of Products
- Completing workplace documentation
- Cleaning the workspace to commercial food production standards

To be considered you MUST have:

- Strong work ethic
- Clean & tidy
- Reliable & punctual
- A high degree of accountability
- Attention to detail
- Physically fit (capable of lifting 20kg)

Previous food manufacturing experience is not essential but desirable

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
