**Admin Assistant**

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a junior Bookeeper.

Are you highly experienced with Xero, Microsoft Outlook and G-drive?

**About us**:
We are an Allied Health Business within the NDIS and are rapidly growing. We are looking for an energetic and keen junior bookkeeper to join and grow with our team.

**About the role**:
Complete invoicing appropriately for all work done.

Overlook our crm to make sure invoices match with the work completed.

Using both xero and coreplus, you will complete and follow up on all outstanding invoice.

You will also work with the team to ensure budgets are met and all allocated funding is completed

You will assist with Admin tasks where needed, including appointment bookings to align with budget availability.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kellyville, NSW 2155: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
