Our Distribution Centres are the hub of activity, crucial for ensuring our customers receive the right stock on time—this guarantees a positive customer experience from start to finish.You should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude that is eager to learn new processes and collaborate with the team to keep our DC operating optimally, with a continuous focus on safety.
Your responsibilities will include:Working across all departments within the Distribution Centre (inbound, outbound, HD) as neededPicking and packing customer orders accurately for dispatchUnloading and loading containers and trucks manually and using MHEConducting periodic stock checksPerforming pre-start MHE checksMaintaining housekeeping and cleaning dutiesUsing electronic equipment such as RF scannersWorking effectively within a team environmentFollowing directions from Team Leaders, Supervisors, and ManagementABOUT YOUWe seek team members passionate about customer satisfaction, eager to grow their careers, and reliable in supporting our team, sometimes on short notice.Experience in warehousing or labor roles is beneficial, but we are also open to candidates looking to start their career and develop new skills.Skills and qualifications we value include:Experience in warehousing and distribution environmentsLO licence (required); additional licences are a plusKnowledge of WHS standardsExperience with inbound/receiving processesRF system knowledgeStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood numerical skillsAvailability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pmPhysical fitness and strength (furniture is heavy)Teamwork mindsetComfort working at heightsThis role involves physical activity; candidates should enjoy being active and be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical check to confirm they can safely perform the job requirements.WHY JOIN US?
