At TJX Australia, we are on an exciting growth journey and are seeking a passionate and results-driven **Supply Chain Business Systems Manager** to join our dynamic team.
This pivotal role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in IT systems within supply chain or distribution environments, looking to make a meaningful impact. You will lead the Supply Chain Systems team, acting as a vital bridge between operational and IT functions.
**What You'll Do**:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing both legacy and new systems across the supply chain, including the Processing Center. From conception and solution design to implementation, training, and ongoing development, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our supply chain technology landscape.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Provide leadership, coaching, and talent development to build a strong pipeline of future managers within the Supply Chain Systems function.
- Act as the key liaison between operational teams and IT, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective system solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support growth.
- Manage the full lifecycle of system projects—from design and testing to go-live—while coordinating with local and global IT teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing systems, manage change requests, and support system upgrades and migrations, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day system operations within the Processing Center, resolve incidents promptly, and provide training to superusers and key operational leaders.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Labour Management Systems (LMS), with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes.
- Demonstrated success in leading or contributing to major IT system rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and implementations, with strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- High level of initiative and analytical thinking, with the ability to solve complex problems, assess cost implications, and deliver strategic, value-driven solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building and people management skills, including coaching, performance evaluation, and team development, with a focus on collaboration across business and IT functions.
- Proficient in MS Office, SQL, Power BI,
- A degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is certainly a plus—but if you bring strong hands-on experience and a passion for systems, we'd love to hear from you.
