**The Opportunity**

As an OCM Consultant, within ISG's Enterprise Change practice, you will have the opportunity to work on client system integration and transformation projects, with a particular focus on ERP. Your role will be supporting our clients as they introduce a new way of operating, helping them manage the risk associated with the crucial "people side" of change.

You will participate in the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies to achieve project outcomes and support client organizational objectives.

**The Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide Organisational Change Management support for enterprise systems transformation, focusing on the people and process adoption for system implementations.
- Build an OCM program designed to meet adoption needs based on Impact Assessment and Gap Analysis.
- Help drive OCM inclusion and delivery within the initiative, with the delivery of items including but not limited to Change Impact Analysis, Gap Analysis, Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement, establish Change Network, Communication Plan/products, and Change Readiness.
- Support the training team by providing OCM and Communications input related to Training Strategy, Plan and Rollout.
- Works in a collaborative development environment.
- Working with the Business and Service Providers to deliver on the Stakeholder Engagement plan, execute organisational alignment changes, and introduce new ways of working.

**About You**
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate
- Minimum 4+ years of OCM experience,
- Experience in providing OCM to enterprise system transformation (ERP preferred)
- ACMP/PROSCI training/certification or equivalent preferred

**Your Education**
- A relevant undergraduate degree, with a keen interest on post-graduate learning and development
