Job Description: Job DescriptionRole Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Quality Engineer – Automation to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, self-driven, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce-based applications through robust automation practices.
This is based in Mlebourne for initial 6 Months Fixed term role.
?Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (TypeScript) for both UI and API testing.
Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to understand application requirements and ensure test coverage.
Identify, document, and track software defects, working with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
Promote and implement best practices in test automation and continuous integration.
Execute automated test scripts and report on test results with actionable insights.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Actively participate in sprint planning and agile development processes.
?Must-Have Skills Strong proficiency in Playwright using TypeScript.
Proven ability to work independently and lead by example Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Familiarity with LWC testing using Jest.
Understanding of Shadow DOM testing.
Mandatory Skills: Test Automation .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
