We want our team to reflect the world we're serving.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the marketing roadmap aligned to company goals and revenue targets.Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across B2C and B2B disciplines.Optimise campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, SEO, partnerships, and more — always grounded in data and experimentation.Build and execute funnels that reach both consumers and healthcare providers, and connect the dots between them.Collaborate closely with sales, product, and data teams to align on growth opportunities, attribution, and customer journeys.Skills and qualificationsProven experience scaling B2C and/or B2B marketing in a high-growth environment.Deep fluency in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing,
